Within a couple months of graduating from Texas Tech University, I accepted a job at a third-wave coffee shop. In the position I have realized company vision by providing the main line of communication between the owners and the general staff, offered strategic planning and implementation to the owners from a day-to-day perspective, and created great customer relations by acting as a liaison between the owners and guests. We have taken our place as one of the best shops in town, and now I am looking for a more developed company with growth potential for both the company and myself.
