The Corwin Beverage Company
Laura and Kyle Kendall founded the Corwin Beverage Company in Vancouver in 1941 with just one truck and three employees. Four generations later, the Corwin Beverage Company has become a staple for beverage distribution for Southwest Washington.
Corwin Beverage Company represents a diverse portfolio of beverage products. At the top of the list is its specialty coffee. Whether you’re an office complex, convenience store or food service vendor, Corwin delivers the best in premium coffee and service.
Only the Finest Coffee Will Do
To provide their clients with premium coffee, Corwin Beverage has partnered with two leading coffee roasters, Vittoria Cafe, and Cafe D’Arte.
Vittoria Cafe is a specialty coffee roaster and distributor, committed to providing “Fair Trade Certified, Organic, Arabica, and single Origin varietals” for consumers across the United States and Canada.
Caffe D’Arte is a local, family-owned coffee roaster known for perfecting their “post blending” technique. Post blending on the commercial level is no easy task and requires a great deal of knowledge and expertise.
Serious About Coffee Certification
Corwin Beverages coffee sales manager, Scott McFeron, is serious about coffee! In a recent blog post (Drink Your Cup of Coffee and Feel Good About It) on Corwin’s website, Scott explains the difference between Fair Trade, Organic and Rain Forest Alliance certification labels and why they’re important.
Knowing where your coffee comes from and understanding a little about the lives of those involved in the harvesting process, can make us all more thankful for our favorite “cup a joe”.
There is nothing better than enjoying coffee “your” way. Next time, consider taking that “feel-good” feeling a step further, by knowing your purchase made a difference. Let’s make a difference together, one cup at a time. – Scott McFeron, Corwin Coffee Sales Manager
