Evolution was founded in 2009 by restaurateur brothers Tom and John Knorr. With a shared passion for food and craft beer, they set out to brew the perfect food friendly beers to enjoy together with their culinary creations. As it turns out, lots of other people liked their beer too. They opened their current facility inside an abandoned ice plant in Salisbury, Maryland in 2012. It houses a full service restaurant, tasting room, and the full production brewery where all of the magic happens. Today their highly rated offerings are available throughout the Mid Atlantic states, from Virginia to New Jersey
